Please note that strict guidelines will be followed in ensuring the VIP area is 18+. Ticket holders will be required to present Photo ID as proof of age when arriving to gain entry into the VIP parking area. NO ONE under the age of 18 will be admitted and there will be NO REFUNDS OR EXCEPTION.

Ticketing Terms and conditions

  1. There are no refunds under any circumstances.
  2. Once you purchase your tickets, you must treat your tickets like cash as there will be no replacements for lost, stolen or destroyed tickets.
  3. The event will continue rain, hail, snow or sunshine. Cancellation will only occur if conditions are deemed dangerous.
  4. If the event is cancelled for any reason, only the face value of the ticket will be refunded. If event organisers deem it necessary to abandon the event due to the forces of nature or any other reason, refund of the face value of the ticket is at the discretion of the Promoter.
  5. There will be no pass outs on the day.
  6. No stage diving or crowd surfing.
  7. Please bring proof of ID if you are planning to drink alcohol.
  8. Event organisers reserve the right to refuse admission and/or eject anyone for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury or annoyance. People who show up to the event drunk or under the influence of any illicit substances will not be allowed into the venue – nor will they have tickets refunded.
  9. The event is all ages. Children Under 5 enter free of charge provided they are under the supervision of a responsible parent/guardian over the age of 18.
  10. All conditions shown on this ticket are to be read together with all other statements or directives either shown on this ticket or displayed on the premises.
  11. Save as required by law, tickets will not be replaced nor money refunded after purchase.
  12. The Promoter and the owner and or lessee of the Venue shall not be held liable for any loss, injury or damages sustained entering or within the Venue whether caused by the negligence of the Promoter or that owner or lessee or otherwise.
  13. The event organisers reserve the right to change the line-up and/or the date of the event without prior notification. In the event of change of the date or line-up, refunds will not be available.
  14. The event organisers and the owner and/or lessee of the Venue shall not be held liable for any loss, injury or damages sustained entering or within the Venue. Entry to event is at own risk. 
  15. No Bottles, cans, weapons, lasers, fireworks, umbrellas, illicit drugs and alcohol. These items are prohibited and will not be permitted into the Venue. All bags/containers are subject to a full search at entry to ensure the safety of patrons. Prohibited items that are confiscated will not be returned.
  16. No animals or pets allowed, except guide dogs.
  17. No BYO alcohol.
  18. No BYO soft drinks.
  19. No BBQ’s, open fires or naked flames.
  20. No BYO glass of any sort on site, including wine glasses, jars or glass of any kind.
  21. No Umbrellas, tables or tents.
